Very serious performance problems. 2 circles with stroke added and the whole ipad is not responding... I want my money back!

What a ridiculously horrible app. $15 to get 80% of the way through a design on multiple occasions only to have the app crash again and again and again and again and again. If I could give this app a negative star rating I would give it a -10. Unfortunately, I dont think I can get my money back because theres no contact info for the app designers.

The worst Ive seen. Cluttered, complicated, confusing, time consuming. I cant even say anything good about it. Its sad, because it looked so promising :(

This app have potential to be something to talk about, it just need a better pen tool and . OPACITY to trace images. iDesign do great on CAD related stuff but to trace images we need opacity when you set background image, you can set high resolution , but where is opacity? Just add that your app have future

This is an excellent drafting / 2D-CAD app. It allows you to use your iPad for design work that not too long ago would have required a laptop or desktop computer. The designer has done a great job introducing clever UI (user interface) elements to enhance accuracy and improve productivity. This is important because, after all, you are drawing with just your fingers (or a stylus that is no more accurate than a finger). The manual is thorough and complete, and should be read by anyone interested in making this program work for them.

It is not a CAD app. I was told that, and in a pretty irked form, by the app support. I asked about several tools that are absent or function not CAD-like (chamfers and dimensions) and the support person responded - "If at all you do not find iDesign useful without these features, please contact AppStore via your iTunes account - report a problem link and you can get a refund." Nice.... Not a " Thank you", not a " will think about implementing it in next updates ". Just " take your money and go away "

Get this app! It is hands down the best; it is amazing! I draw all kinds of cabinets on my iPad with this app. China hutches, bathroom vanities.... you name it. Maybe it is because it is the only drafting program that I have on my iPad, but this app has an amazing amount of tools. When I first got it, I thought that the sample Mini Cooper drawing was not possible to draw. It is! I have drawn a fireplace mantel with a ornate onlay in the middle in no time flat. One thing that helped was to go to their website and download their manual into Goodreader. Now when I have a question I can flip to that!

This is one great app for 2D vector drawing on an iPad. If you are familiar with basic CAD programs or drawing programs like Illustrator or Inkscape, iDesign will not disappoint you. The basic cost is so low and the add-ons worth every penny. I have used this to create plans for various objects and they printed exactly to scale. I also like the fact that you can import files from other programs and tweek them in comfort on your iPad wherever you happen to be. Another plus is that their customer service response to questions or problems is fast and courteous.

I jumped right into this app and started using it I was able to edit my paths and create things just as I would in Illustrator / Photoshop with ease. I think this is a great app, so far, havent used it for long but so far so good thank you so much!!!!!!!!! I was looking for an iPhone vector designer, this takes the cake by far!

Best cad/design app available on the iPad/iPhone. Setup options are easy as are unit options. Printouts are accurate to scale which I have seldom seen in iPad cad/design apps I have purchased. Developer responses are prompt and accurate. Have utilized PC based cad programs for years and this is a worthy iPad 2d app. A must buy for the money.

Will not save locally or to the web. I would have given 5 stars.... But its useless. You can work on it for days. But close the app and your designs are GONE. Save your money!!!!!!

Very hard to use and not intuitive. The controls are not descriptive and touch does not work well more frustration than its worth.

The worst $7.99 I ever spent. It keeps crashing! App is great until youve drafted something and in the middle of your drawing it crashes and looses all the programming notes, such as, undos, copy, paste and oh yea, it locks your drawing so you cant even fix it. What does it take for someone to actually create a working iPad drafting program? Stay Away!!!

I have outlines of people I use to compare size on furniture I have designed. It is to bad I cant share just one drawing, or element for others to use.
