Need critical helps

I bought this software because I needed to design a stage area for a show coming up. I was up all night doing the design (I LOVE the software!) but then the software crashed and will not restart. I had not had the chance to export yet and fear that I have lost all my work. This is an extremely time sensitive issue (the concert is this week) and I am panicking. I have tried rebooting the software several times as well as performing several hard resets on my iPad to no avail. (fast forward 5 days) I now see that an update has been released. I have installed the update and the software still will not start. It gets to the screen where is says "Loading..." and then just closes back to my home screen after about 15 seconds or more. Any ideas?

If my work is saved and the software gets going again, I will gladly rate it with a 5 star.....
